FAQ’s and Suggestions:

  • Event is November 3rd and 4th
  • Arrive Thursday for early roll out on Friday (7am roll out, please be registered & tech inspected by 6:30am)
  • Always Tech Inspect First! (We cannot register you at the event without it)
  • Make sure your group is all registered for the same rails (Trails fill up quickly)
  • Make sure to register your child with their age (Children are entered for the raffle based on age)
  • Having a CB radio is not required, but recommended
  • Make sure all forms are signed
  • Prepare for both warm and cold nights (We are in the desert)
  • Tech inspection hours are:
    • Thursday 11am – 10pm
    • Friday 6am – 10am & 6pm – 10pm
    • Saturday 6am – 10am
  • Registration Booth Hours are:
    • Thursday 12pm – 10:30pm
    • Friday 6am – 11am & 2pm – 10:30pm
    • Saturday 6am – 11am (Raffle tickets available all day Saturday)
  • Make sure you have reviewed all tech inspection requirements & you have all needed items
  • Dinner and raffle can go late Saturday evening, prepare for a potential late night
  • Reminder you will be asked to write your name on the raffle tickets, this helps the raffle go quicker
  • Don’t forget the Pomegranate Festival will be occurring adjacent to our event
