Event Waivers Made Easy!

We now offer event waivers for both adults and minors in two convenient formats: our standard paper form and an easy-to-use online digital form. To ensure a smooth registration process, all attendees must complete a waiver. Upon check-in, you’ll receive an event wristband, indicating that your waiver has been signed and verified by our staff.

All event participants, including spectators, and vehicle passengers, will need to sign their own waiver.

Save Time by Completing Your Waiver in Advance! You can expedite your registration by choosing one of two options:

  • Use our new e-sign option to complete your waiver online. Links available below.
  • Print the PDF version of the waiver (available below), fill it out, and bring it with you to the event.

If you’re bringing passengers or guests, please remind them that they will need to sign waivers for themselves and any children accompanying them.

NOTE: Digital Waivers are best completed on a desktop or tablet. If you prefer to complete your registration by cell phone, enabling horizontal viewing may make it easier to fill out the required information.
